Carol’s background lends itself well to real estate. She worked in the title insurance industry in Arizona for nine years and after relocating to New Mexico in 1983, she received her Master’s Degree in Community and Regional Planning/Landscape Architecture at University of New Mexico.
She has worked in land use planning in the private sector as well as in the public sector in both Albuquerque and Santa Fe before returning to real estate in 1999. Carol knows the “lay of the land” in Santa Fe and stays well informed on city and county current and long range planning and development issues.
Her real estate business is primarily referral based and she has a detail oriented approach to assure the highest quality of service to her clients. When not working with clients, Carol assists her husband, Andre, in their antiquarian map and book shop, Dumont Maps & Books of the West.
